Can I return my purchase?
We will replace or refund all items provided they are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
Note: Most returns are due to sizing problems; we strongly advise our customers to view our size chart before purchasing a clothing item!
Note: The colours of products may vary due to screen colours and photography light. If in doubt then please contact us.

Who pays for the return?
For all unwanted items, the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if our customers require an exchange then the delivery charge of the exchanged item will be the responsibility of Islamic Design House.
Note: Exchanges & Refunds can take up to 14 days.

Is there a protocol to follow for returns?
When returning an item, please ensure that you inform us of the return in advance and the return slip is completed and attached with the return.
Note: Please ensure that you get a postage receipt from your post office when retuning goods.


Damaged goods

My goods are faulty, what should I do?
Notify us within 3 days of receipt of any faulty goods or goods that are not in accordance with the invoice. Islamic Design House will take responsibility for the cost of these returns and also, the delivery costs of any exchanged goods.
Note: If we are not notified within 3 days, you will lose the right of Islamic Design House incurring the cost of returns that are deemed damaged or not in accordance with the invoice.
