What is your delivery procedure?
1. We will deliver to you personally by hand delivery
service absolutely FREE.
2. Our delivery person will wait for you to open the
product and check to see if it is exactly what you ordered.
3. You will have 10minute to test and try the product
in the comfort of your home. In which time you can show and get
opinion of the other members of your family.
4. If you decide that you like the product and wish to
keep it then you will pay the delivery personal.
5. The delivery personal will then give you a copy of
the invoice for you to keep as a record of purchase.
How long does it take for the delivery to reach me?
When we receive your order, a customer service representative will
call you to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Our aim is to
deliver the products to you in the fastest possible time.

Do you have a delivery charge?
NO, delivery is absolutely FREE.
Do you deliver to addresses other than a home address?
We will deliver to where ever you specify for the delivery. Once you
place an order by the internet or by telephoning our order line, the
customer service person will ask you to specify where you want the
product delivered.
Does someone have to sign for the order?
Yes, this is to make sure that the delivery was made to you
successfully. You will also receive a copy of the invoice.
