Can I return my purchase?
Yes, of course and it is absolutely FREE
of charge
We will replace or refund all items provided they are returned
complete, unused and in their original packaging, within 14 days of
receipt.
Note:Most returns are due to sizing problems; we strongly
advise our customers to view our size chart before purchasing a clothing item or
call our customer service to get help.
Note: The colours of products may vary due to screen colours
and photography light. If in doubt then please contact customer
service.
Is there any charge for returning an item?
NO, returning a product is absolutely FREE of charge.
How do I return a product?
When you wish to return or exchange a product, please call our
customer service line on 0800 777 4777,
In the case of returning a product and wanting a refund, our helpful
customer service person will arrange for the product to be picked up
from your home and return you your full money.
In the case of returning a product and wanting to exchange for a
different product, our helpful customer service person will arrange
for the product to be picked up from your home and deliver you the
new item.
Damaged goods
My goods are faulty, what should I do?
Notify us within 3 days of receipt of any faulty goods or goods that
are not in accordance with the invoice.
Islamic Design House will take responsibility for the cost of these
returns and also, the delivery costs of any exchanged goods.
Note: If we are not notified within 3 days, you will lose the
right of Islamic Design House incurring the cost of returns that are
deemed damaged or not in accordance with the invoice.
