Do you deliver
overseas?
We are pleased to say that we deliver our products overseas.
How long does it take for
the delivery to reach its destination?
Orders within the UK are guaranteed delivery within 3-5 working days.
Orders within Europe are guaranteed delivery within 5-7 working days.
Orders outside of UK and Europe are guaranteed delivery within 10-15
working days.
Can I track my order?
We do not have a tracking system in place at this moment, but we do
intend to provide this system to our customers in the future.
Do you have a delivery
charge?
Our delivery charges are divided into 2 tiers. The first tier is for
light items and the second tier is for heavier items.
The delivery charge for UK for products that fall under the first
tier is set at £1.50 and for products that fall under the second tier
is set at £3.50 The delivery charge for EU for products that fall
under the first tier is set at £3 and for products that fall under
the second tier is set at £8 The delivery charge for Worlwide for
products that fall under the first tier is set at £6.00 and for
products that fall under the second tier is set at £10.00.
Do you deliver to
addresses other than that of the billing address?
We deliver to addresses other than the billing address, but both the
billing and delivery addresses must be in the same country.
Does someone have to sign
for the order?
Currently we do not provide a signed for order, we are reviewing this
process and seek to provide this in the near future.
