We are pleased to say that we deliver to our products to Canada and Mexico.
For all other locations, please visit our UK or Egypt websites.
How long does it take for
the delivery to reach its destination?
Orders within the continental US are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days.
Orders to Canada are estimated to arrive within 7-14 business days.
Expedited US orders arrive in 1-2 days and expedited Canada and Mexico orders arrive in 3-5 days.
Can I track my order?
We do not have a tracking system in place at this moment, but we do
intend to provide this system to our customers in the future.
Do you have a delivery
charge?
Our delivery charges are divided into 2 tiers.
The first tier is for light items and the second tier is for heavier items.
Expedited shipping for is available at an additional charge.

Do you deliver to
addresses other than that of the billing address?
We deliver to addresses other than the billing address, but both the
billing and delivery addresses must be in the same country.
Does someone have to sign
for the order?
Currently we do not provide a signed for order, we are reviewing this
process and seek to provide this in the near future.
